The house is operated by a mission-driven non-profit organization, in partnership with a Canadian charity. The atmosphere is calm, values-based, and community-oriented, led by a mentor couple with over 20 years of experience serving young adults and the wider community.

Yes. Weekly professional cleaning of all shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, common areas) is included in your monthly payment.

No. Goodvine is operated with a mission-driven approach and has roots in Christian values, but residents of all backgrounds are welcome as long as they respect the community standards and culture of the house.
